5-day grid, three to five goals, a face to circle each day.
Seven days of circles, sized for real 0.75-inch stickers.
Green, yellow, red zones with a clip to move.
Ten stars to color in on the way to a milestone.
Numbers out of ten, daily totals, a weekly target.
One day, morning and afternoon, room for a parent reply.
Ten token circles and one thing worth working for.
Two panels, two words, room for a picture in each.
A routine in order, one picture box per step.
Point at a feeling, pick a strategy, ask for a break.
Or describe the student and we'll draft it
Ten free themes (soccer, space, dinosaurs, unicorns, robots and more) come in the next step. Type what they love, or add their photo; it never leaves the device.
Pick one of 14 templates and change any part of it: the goals, the rating scale, the reward, and the note home. Translate the whole sheet into any of 28 languages. Print it for the folder, or keep it online with daily logging and a family link.

Match the chart to the student, not the other way around
Not sure? The guide to the eight templates that work walks through each one, and the printable chart library has a ready-made chart for 150+ specific goals if you would rather start from the behavior than the template.
The same chart works as a digital behavior chart
Log each goal in a few seconds a day and the history builds itself: no tallying, no lost sheets, and a parent view that needs no app. Free for a full class of up to 30 students. See how the digital behavior chart works.
Looking for the record rather than the printout? The student behavior tracker for teachers keeps every mark as a dated entry and shows the trend per student and across the class.
Before you print
Is the behavior chart maker really free?
Yes. Pick a template, add goals, and print. No account, no card, no watermark. A free Evident account is only needed if you want to save the chart, log against it daily, or share it with a family through the portal, and that plan does not expire either.
Is the behavior chart editable?
Every part of it. Start from any of the 14 templates and change the goals, the wording, the rating scale, the number of days, the reward, the student name, and the note that goes home. Nothing is locked, and you do not need an account to edit or print. If you want to reuse the same setup next term, a free account saves it as your own template.
Can I print the chart, or is it online only?
Both. Every layout prints on US Letter and A4, and the same chart can be tracked online with daily logging, a history that builds automatically, and a QR-code family portal. Start with paper and switch later, or run both at once.
What kinds of behavior charts can I make?
14 templates: daily check-in, weekly sticker, traffic light, star chart, point system, class period check-in, behavior contract, self-monitoring rubric, home-school note, token board, first-then board, visual schedule, calm-down card, and an executive function layout for middle and high school.
Can I translate the chart for a family?
Yes. Goals, reward text, and the parent note translate into 28 languages, including Spanish, Arabic, Chinese, Vietnamese, and Ukrainian. The printed chart shows both languages side by side.
Do I have to write the goals myself?
No. Start from a library of 150+ pre-written goals across PBIS, classroom routines, academic habits, self-regulation, social skills, communication, executive function, and IEP-aligned categories, then edit the wording to fit your student.
Is this a digital behavior chart too?
Yes. The same chart you print can be logged online each day, and families see the day's chart on their phone in their own language without installing an app. When the week ends, next week's copy of the same chart is one tap. That is the digital behavior chart, and the free plan covers a full class of up to 30 students.
