How do I schedule a speech therapy caseload?

Can it group students for speech sessions automatically?
Yes. Students with the same service type, overlapping free time, and grades within two levels of each other are grouped automatically, up to the maximum group size you set per mandate. Groups split back into individual sessions when they stop fitting.
What happens when a student’s schedule changes mid-year?
Update their do-not-pull times and re-run. Sessions you’ve confirmed or locked stay put, because only unconfirmed proposals are replaced, so one classroom change never scrambles your whole week.
Does it track service minutes for IEP purposes?
Yes. The tally shows scheduled vs mandated minutes per student, flagged red when short, and each session on the week can be logged as delivered, missed, or a make-up. Delivered minutes count against the mandate, so the schedule and the service log come from the same place, and the same log feeds IEP evidence packets.
