The admin dashboard
Owners and admins land on /dashboard/admin, titled with the school name and this week. The pulse tiles show Daily logs over 7 days (with the change from last week), Logs signed by families, Needing attention, Packets generated over 7 days, and Students logged this week.
Below that, Recent signals flags students whose trend dropped or who have not been logged for several days, Wins this week highlights growth, and Days logged by teacher shows each teacher's logged days over the last 14 school days with the date of their last log. Counselors are not included in that list.
School and district views
Principals land on the school dashboard, which includes Teachers logging today for their school. District admins land on the District Dashboard, which shows schools, staff seats used, teacher adoption over 7 days, upcoming IEP meetings, and counts of active IEPs, BIPs, and accommodations. Special education directors can view it without the management actions.
Admins can compare students across classrooms at /dashboard/admin/students and download it with Export CSV.
The audit log
Owners, admins, district admins, and principals can open the Audit Log to review changes to students, charts, and daily logs, filtered by date range, action, and student name.
Which notes leaders can read
Every note has a visibility. Private means the author, school admins, and special education leaders. Staff means staff who can see the student. Family means it can be shared with the family. Confidential (support team) means only counselors in the organization can read the text; teachers and admins never see it.
Tell staff this plainly during rollout. Knowing exactly who can read a note is what lets people write honest notes.

The admin dashboard shows how many of the last 14 school days each teacher logged and their last log date, and the staff list shows last sign-in. There is no minute-by-minute activity feed.
Can an administrator read my notes?
School admins can read notes marked Private or Staff. They cannot read the text of notes marked Confidential (support team).
Does a district leader see every school?
District admins see all schools in the organization. Principals see their own school.
Can teachers see the admin dashboard?
No. It is available to owners, admins, district admins, and principals.
