Pro keeps everything in the free plan and adds the tools for documentation you hand to other people: PDFs, packets, and whole-class logging. This is where each one lives, so you can find it once you upgrade.
Batch logging
Batch Log in the sidebar opens Log Today's Evidence, with a Daily checkoffs view for chart goals and an IEP measurements view for goal data points. You work down the class on one screen instead of opening each student.
On the free plan, the page explains that batch logging is part of Pro, and you log from each student's page instead.
PDF reports
On a student's Behavior chart tab, Download Report offers a PDF progress report for the last 7 or 30 days, including an English only version. The same menu offers CSV files for the last 7 or 30 days.
On the Goals tab, IEP progress report (PDF) builds a report for any period, with the option to generate AI-drafted narratives that you review before export.
Packets and BIPs
The PDF button on a BIP and on a saved evidence packet exports it as a document. Family shared packets can be exported with a translation above the English original.

Pro holds 50 students, and includes unlimited Caseload Calendar scheduling.

What stays the same on the free plan?
Charts, daily logging, IEP goals and data points, the family portal, translated family updates, the Chrome extension, and building packets in Prepare.
Is there an analytics dashboard in Pro?
Progress lives on each student's page: the chart history, goal cards with progress to target, and the reports above. There is no separate analytics page.
Do school plans include all of this?
Yes. Every staff member on a paid school plan has everything in Pro.
